Hello! My name is Bikram and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. I started as a .Net developer and was always fascinated by the technologies which shape our digital world.
Fast forward to today, I am fortunate enough to have worked with major multinationals like Infosys, Deloitte and UST Global. My focus these days is to create seamless experience on the cloud, specifcally on Azure and contribute towards the automation journey to boost the organizational efficiency.

I was privileged to have the opportunity of spending 4 months at Infosys Mysore campus as a trainee. The excitement of first job, first professional training and first salary were only the begining of what was about to unfold. These four months ignited the flames which would power my journey in the software world. I was trained in technologies like .Net Framework, SQL server, HTML and CSS.
With newly crafted skills and tons of enthusiasm I joined Infosys Bhubaneswar DC. Here I was a part of the niche Cloud services team. First real challenge of professional career was to learn a new skill 'SharePoint' and implement a real time project. Worked with clients like NHS UK and Southern California Edition. My work helped me bag the Best Debutant award in my first year.
They say anything first is always special, indeed it's true. I got my first promotion in 2016 and was responsible for guiding and helping juniors in their journey. It was this year I had the opportunity to interact with the then CEO of Infosys Vishal Sikka. As I prepared to embark on to the next path of my journey, Infosys always holds a special position in my heart. As they say in Infosys Once an Infosion, always as Infosion.
With a million dreams and aspirations when I joined Deloitte, I never knew the next 4 and a half years are going to change the course of my life. Deloitte helped me improve not ony as a professional but also helped shape my personality. I was introduced to new technologies like Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce and many more. But it was not the technology that I focused on, but the business.
My growth in technology and soft skills was by leaps and bounds. I worked on various web development projects which included Project and Capacity management tool, Performance management tool and Leave management tool. I also learned front-end technologies like jQuery and later React. In year 2019 my dream of getting associated with IIM came true when I was selected for the prestigious EPMG Program from IIM-Calcutta.
Life surprises you when you don't really expect it. I was looking forward to many more years at Deloitte when I was offered an exciting opportunity of a cloud developer at UST Global. I currently work as a lead developer in Microsoft Azure platform and help businesses realize the full potential of cloud. With big ambitions and bigger dreams I'm witnessing my journey unfold.
